Airhead-Meg Cabot

Emerson Watts didn’t even want to go to the new SoHo Stark Megastore grand opening. But someone needed to look out for her sister Frida, whose crush, British heartthrob Gabriel Luna, would be singing and signing autographs there—along with the newly appointed Face of Stark, teen supermodel sensation Nikki Howard.
How was Em to know that disaster would strike, changing her—and life as she’d known it—forever? One devastating accident later, and Em Watts, always the tomboy, never the party princess, is no longer herself. Literally.
Now getting her best friend Christopher to notice that she’s actually a girl is the least of Em’s problems.
But what Em’s pretty sure she’ll never be able to accept might just turn out to be the one thing that’s going to make her dream come true....
I am a huge fan of a lot of Meg Cabot's books, so I was excited when this one came out. Though it is not my absolute favorite, I still enjoyed it a lot. It reminded me a little of The Adoration of Jenna Fox by Mary Pearson. It is a fast read, and great if you're looking for something fun to read. I can't wait until a sequel comes out!

I really want to read this. I ran across the *huge* spoiler, but I had actually guessed it, but I still want to read this. Meg Cabot's great; I'm finally appreciating her books. And her blog makes me laugh.

I had already guessed the big spoiler too, but it is still a great read.

I can't wait to read this! It sounds really cool, and I, like Madison, am finally reading Meg Cabot.

By the way, it's nice seeing you again, Leanna. Have you been busy?

Thanks Verity! Yes, end of the school year tests and finals have been occupying all my time. I haven't even had time to read much, sadly.
